Joe is the perfect agent and "go-to" person to engage if you faced challenges selling your property. It is common for potential buyers to nit-pick on the property (especially since housing is not cheap in SG), but Joe always managed to lay out the Pros and Cons of the unit to our potential buyers to help them make a more deliberated decision.
